Shipping Policy
Product Condition and Delivery: Our products undergo rigorous testing and are meticulously packed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly contact us immediately, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement.
Order Processing and Shipping Timeframe: All orders are lined up for delivery on the same day they are placed. Approximately 99% of orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please note, we ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Schedule: Orders completed before 3:00 PM will typically be shipped on the same day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delivery Timeframe and Tracking: Upon placing your order, consider the processing time and transit duration. After your order has been shipped, you will receive one or more emails containing relevant tracking information.
Invoice and Delivery Inspection: All items will be shipped with an invoice as per Indian Tax Laws. Before accepting delivery, if you suspect any damage to the item or tampering with the packaging, kindly refuse to accept the package. Shipping Partners and Delivery Duration: We utilize multiple shipping partners based on factors such as cost, delivery time, and location. For orders from remote pin codes, we utilize Indian Post, which may result in extended delivery times. Please plan your orders accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Time: While we strive to deliver within 3-5 days anywhere in India, unexpected delays may occur. Therefore, we recommend planning ahead and allowing sufficient buffer time for delivery.
