Return Eligiblity

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Products must be:

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice

  • Reported within the eligible return window

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us through email or phone with:

  • Order Reference Number

  • Product details

  • Clear images/videos of the issue (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Product Warranty

All products include a 7-day functional warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

If a product is found defective upon delivery or during initial use within the warranty period, customers must contact us for verification and support.

Replacement or resolution will be provided after inspection and approval.

Exchanges

We accept product exchanges for eligible items after verification.

Replacement products will be dispatched within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • After successful verification of a defective item, replacement shipping will be provided at no extra cost

Restocking Fee

A 2% restocking/payment processing fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.

Customers may choose:

  • Store Credit

  • Gift Card Refund

to avoid this deduction and receive the full refundable value.

Refund Processing

  • Refund approval is initiated within 2 working days

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund confirmation can be provided upon request

Multiple Orders & Quantity Limits

If multiple orders exceed allowed quantity limits:

  • Excess units may be canceled automatically

  • Refunds may include a 2% processing deduction

  • Customers may opt for store credit for full-value adjustment

Order Cancellation by Anu Electronics

If an order is canceled by Anu Electronics (Anu Enterprise):

  • A 100% refund will be issued

  • No cancellation or processing charges will apply

Non-Warranty Conditions

Warranty will not apply in cases involving:

  • Physical damage or misuse

  • Burnt components or short circuits

  • Static/electrical damage

  • Improper handling

  • Soldering, modification, or tampering

Return Method

Returns are accepted via courier/mail service or in-store return (if applicable).

Return address details will be shared after return request approval.

Final Sale Items

Currently, no products are classified as final sale items.

All products are eligible under this return policy, subject to the conditions mentioned above.

Final Decision Rights

Anu Electronics (Anu Enterprise) reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return, replacement, refund, and exchange requests.
