Miscellaneous
Exchange or cancellation requests must be emailed within a day of placing the order. Depending on the payment methods used by the customer, bank deductions and payment gateway deductions may apply. If the product has moved to the next delivery status, we won't be able to cancel it.
Every product listed on anuelectronics.com or any of its verified domains and mobile app will be supplied as a single unit irrespective of any creative unless specified otherwise in either the product title or product description.
In case of no possibility of repair after defect verification or unavailability of stock, the customer will receive a total price refund within five working days.
All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. Do not write anything on the merchandise package or damage it.
We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late. We do not ship to hotels or mail forwarders.
